Return policy
All manufactures have different return policies. PA gives one year return policy. All parts must be returned in its original box and with no damage to the box.Any parts that are claimed defective are subject to inspection. Call tags must be issued by the Etailer. If the parts come back as testing defective, a credit for the call tag will be issued as well.Etailer is responsible for shipping warranty parts back to PA return center. Etailer is also for freight on warranty replacements.Return InstructionsHere is a list of all of our Parts Authority Return Centers. You can have the customer returns the parts to the closest warehouse in order to cut down on freight. Always use an RMA for the return. The RMA should be the PO number then the condition of the part. For example, if the PO was 12345 and it was a new return the RMA would be 12345new. If the part was a core it would be 12345core. If the part is damaged or defective use 12345def. Please make sure all returns are sent in the original boxes in good condition. Once a part arrives at one of our facilities it takes 24-48 hours for the credit to be processed. When you need an RGA please go through your customer service rep whom will provide you with all the details.We will deal with the manufacturers on the return policies. You just need to deal with our return restrictions then we will handle the manufacturers.
